Residential & Commercial Real Estate Services Sharon Kelly-Brown, Broker Career Realtor, Sharon Kelly-Brown has represented buyers and sellers in St. Lucie County for the past 22 years. Sharon, and her team of qualified professionals, specializes in foreclosures and Real Estate Owned (REO) properties, residential homes, new construction, vacant land, commercial land development, property management, and 1031 tax exchanges. Sharon is also Transnational Referral Certified and is a certified REO Specialist and Mitigation Short Sale Specialist. Sharon’s professional service includes Past President, Realtors Association of St. Lucie, 2001 Realtor of the Year for St. Lucie County, past board member for the Florida Association of Realtors, Regional MLS, and St. Lucie County Economic Development Council. Sharon served on several local Bank Advisory Boards and supports the Port St. Lucie Chamber of Commerce. Sharon’s extensive list of community involvements and philanthropic ventures are well known throughout the community and led to her receiving the Medallion of Excellence Award for dedicated service to the community in 2006 from Florida State Senator Ken Pruitt. Sharon currently serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of St. Lucie County and is the Chairman of the United Way of St. Lucie County Volunteer Center.
